To power these LEDs, the Deneve solar flagpole light contain internal batteries with a total of 4500mAh. This battery capacity is quite high and is larger than most other flagpole lights available on the market. When fully charged, they allow the light to shine up to 18 hours. There are 6 separate solar cells in addition to the light to charge the internal battery. These high-efficiency panels operate daily to store energy to the light. If installed correctly they will power the solar light 24/7 with no difficulties.
In reference to compatibility, this light may be used with most 15-25ft flag poles using a 1/2 inch thick pole on top. While the light does not come with an ornament, it requires one. These ornaments have to get a shaft length of 1.75 inches and 1/2 inch width.
